Order & Pickup Updates

OPTI SHACK INC, doing business as LENSHAUS, offers optional automated text messages about your order, mailer delivery, pickup requests, confirmed carrier pickups, and order shipping updates. This program does not include promotional messages or prescription information.

How to opt in

Enter your mobile number in the order contact information step, select the optional, unchecked SMS consent box, and continue with your order. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Entering a phone number without selecting the box does not enroll you. Provide only a number you own or are authorized to use. Changing your number requires a new consent selection.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your order and pickup activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. LENSHAUS does not charge a separate subscription fee for these texts.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@lenshaususa.com or 954-744-9461. You can still receive order information by email and arrange service through our support team.

Delivery and pickup availability

Messages depend on carrier and network availability and may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A pickup request is not a confirmed booking; we will confirm carrier availability separately. Pickup windows are subject to the carrier's service terms.
