You choose the lenses. We make them, fit them, and send your frames home.
Choose your lenses online, and we’ll send a protective mailer to your door. Pack your frames, then use the personal link we send by email or text to request a doorstep carrier pickup. We’ll confirm the details. No trip to the post office needed.
Our lab traces your actual frame, makes the lenses, and installs them by hand. Your finished pair is checked before it leaves.
Your familiar frames come home with fresh lenses, cleaned and ready to wear. That first look through them is all yours.

Sending your glasses away is a little different. Here’s what to expect, from frame compatibility to the trip home.
Walk through the processWe work with most plastic, metal, rimless, semi-rimless and sport frames. You don’t need to find an exact model in a catalog: we trace the frame you send. Frame condition, shape and prescription can affect suitability, so our lab reviews your frame photos before production.

Other lens upgrades cost extra; review your selections and total before payment.
Choose your lenses and enter your details in the builder. After checkout, we send a mailer. Pack your frames in the mailer. Scan the QR code on the note, or use the personal link we send by email or text, to schedule a free doorstep pickup where available. You can also drop the mailer off with the carrier shown on your label. We’ll confirm a pickup before you leave the package out. We fit your new lenses and return your finished glasses with tracking.
Every pair, including non-prescription pairs, includes one free remake within 30 days. Prescription adjustments use 30-Day Prescription & Adaptation Support. Contact us within 30 days of original delivery before returning your glasses. After review and a prescription recheck when needed, one approved remake includes prepaid ground shipping both ways. Pack your glasses securely and drop the return off with the carrier shown on your label; no home pickup or additional mailer charge applies to this benefit. Most orders are finished in 5 to 7 business days after your frames arrive at the lab and we have the information needed for your order. Shipping to and from the lab adds time. You’ll hear from us when your frames arrive and when your finished glasses ship.
You’ll need your prescription for prescription lenses. The builder lets you upload a photo or PDF, or enter the details yourself. Non-prescription lenses don’t require a prescription.
The guided builder explains the choices and provides recommendations based on the information you share. You can review and change your selections. Complex prescriptions and frame compatibility are reviewed by the lab before your lenses are made.
We inspect your frame’s condition. A frame refresh is not a repair service; if we spot a problem, we’ll contact you before proceeding with production.
