SMS Privacy Policy

This policy covers the LENSHAUS Order & Pickup Updates text messaging program operated by OPTI SHACK INC, doing business as LENSHAUS. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Information we collect and why

When you choose text updates in your order contact information, we collect your mobile number and associate it with your order. We record your consent choice, the time it was recorded, the page where you opted in, and the disclosure version you accepted. When you use messaging, we may also process message content, delivery status, and opt-out requests.

We use this information to send order updates, mailer delivery notices, pickup scheduling links, pickup request acknowledgments, and confirmed pickup details, and to manage support and your messaging preferences. This program does not send promotional texts or prescription details.

How information is shared

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, mobile opt-in data, or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide the minimum information needed to service providers that help us deliver messages and fulfill orders, such as our messaging provider and shipping carriers, solely to perform those services. We may disclose information when legally required.

Your choice

Text updates are optional and are not a condition of purchase. Entering a phone number alone does not enroll you. You must select the unchecked consent box. Before placing an order, you can uncheck the box to change your choice. Once receiving messages, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may also contact support@lenshaususa.com. Essential order confirmations can still be sent by email.

Message frequency varies based on your order, mailer delivery, pickup, and shipping activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Storage and access

We retain messaging and consent records as needed to operate the service, honor opt-outs, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We restrict access to people and service providers who need it for these purposes. Contact us to request access to or correction or deletion of your information, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
