Our lab reviews your frame and order information, traces the frame you send, and cuts and installs the new lenses. If your frame needs a closer look, we contact you before production.
Home with a fresh view.
Your finished pair is inspected, cleaned and packed for the trip home. We let you know when your frames arrive at the lab and when your finished glasses ship.
Plan for a little time apart.
Most orders are finished in 5 to 7 business days after your frames arrive at the lab and we have the information needed for your order. Shipping to and from the lab adds time.
Standard: Included (mailer, doorstep carrier pickup, return shipping). Expedited: +$24.95 per order, covers every pair. Expedited orders take 3 to 4 business days in the lab.
A favorite pair worth keeping?
We work with most prescription-ready plastic, acetate, metal, semi-rimless, rimless and sport frames. Your frame’s condition, shape and prescription determine what is possible. Our lab reviews frame photos before production.
- You do not need to find your exact frame model in a catalog; we trace the frame you send.
- A frame refresh includes cleaning, a condition check and hardware checks where applicable.
- This is a lens replacement service, not a repair service. If a frame is damaged or unsuitable, we contact you before proceeding.
