We send a mailer. Standard shipping is included: the mailer, return shipping, and either a free doorstep pickup where available or drop-off with the carrier shown on your label. Expedited lab processing is $24.95 per order and covers every pair in the order. Most orders take 5 to 7 business days in the lab after your frames arrive. Expedited orders take 3 to 4 business days in the lab. Shipping time is additional.

Choose your lenses and enter your shipping information in the builder. After checkout, we send a mailer. Place your frames inside the supplied protective hard case, pack the case securely in the mailer with protective wrap, use the pickup link we send, or scan the QR code on the note, to choose a pickup day, and wait for confirmation before leaving the package out. Doorstep pickup is free where available. You can also drop the mailer off with the carrier shown on your label. We fit your new lenses and ship your finished glasses back with tracking. Keep a backup pair handy if you use your glasses every day.

Most orders are finished in 5 to 7 business days after your frames arrive at the lab and we have the information needed for your order. Shipping to and from the lab adds time. You’ll hear from us when your frames arrive and when your finished glasses ship.

We work with most plastic, metal, rimless, semi-rimless and sport frames. You don’t need to find an exact model in a catalog: we trace the frame you send. Frame condition, shape and prescription can affect suitability, so our lab reviews your frame photos before production.

We inspect your frame’s condition. A frame refresh is not a repair service; if we spot a problem, we’ll contact you before proceeding with production.

You’ll need your prescription for prescription lenses. The builder lets you upload a photo or PDF, or enter the details yourself. Non-prescription lenses don’t require a prescription.

Every pair, including non-prescription pairs, includes one free remake within 30 days. Prescription adjustments use 30-Day Prescription & Adaptation Support. Contact us within 30 days of original delivery before returning your glasses. After review and a prescription recheck when needed, one approved remake includes prepaid ground shipping both ways. Pack your glasses securely and drop the return off with the carrier shown on your label; no home pickup or additional mailer charge applies to this benefit.
