Protective mailer and standard shipping
Standard shipping is included with your lenses: a protective mailer, return shipping, and either a free doorstep pickup where available or drop-off with the carrier shown on your label. Expedited lab processing is $24.95 per order and covers every pair in the order. Shipping availability is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout.
Pack your frames securely using the supplied materials and follow the enclosed instructions. Keep your tracking information until your frames arrive at our lab.
Expedited processing
Expedited processing is $24.95 per order and covers every pair in the order. It shortens lab time after we receive your glasses. It is not a separate shipping charge.
Production
Lens production begins after we receive your frames, confirm they are suitable for lens replacement, and have your complete prescription, required measurements, and payment.
Production time depends on your prescription and lens selections. We will contact you if additional information is needed or your order encounters a delay. Shipping transit time is separate from production time.
Pickup requests
Where pickup service is available, requests are arranged by our team. A submitted request is not a confirmed courier booking. Please wait for confirmation of your pickup date and instructions before leaving your package for collection.

Frame condition, breakage and shipping loss
For orders where you expressly accept it before payment, our Frame Condition, Breakage & Shipping Policy (October 5, 2026 edition) forms part of your order agreement. It explains existing-frame risks, packing and shipping responsibilities, carrier claims, and remedies and value limits for frame damage or loss, including ordinary-negligence property claims where lawful. It preserves non-waivable legal rights, applicable lens warranties and Lens Care benefits. It does not change terms for orders placed before acceptance. Read it before ordering or sending your frames.
